Luke Lantta
Mr. Lantta's fiduciary litigation practice includes representing financial institutions and individuals in a wide range of fiduciary and trust and estate litigation matters, including breach of fiduciary duty claims, will and trust construction, will caveats, actions for removal of trustees and executors, competency claims and actions for trust modification and termination. In addition, Mr. Lantta regularly counsels corporate fiduciaries with respect to the exercise of their duties, including administration of client relationships and management of litigation risks. Mr. Lantta's First Amendment litigation practice includes representing individuals and corporations in the prosecution of or defense against a wide range of claims, including libel, slander, assault, invasion of privacy and media law claims. Mr. Lantta is the third recipient of a fellowship sponsored by the firm to serve with the Atlanta Legal Aid Society where he successfully litigated cases concerning unemployment compensation, landlord-tenant relations, consumer protection, education law, family law and public benefits.
